We added some new links for those of you who want to dig deeper into all this Stoneage lifestyle stuff.

Marks Daily Apple, Robb Wolf, Loren Cordain's Paleo Diet, and The Eades Protein Power are great resources for nutrition.

Crossfit Football, Gymnastics Bodies, and Ido Portal are more exercise oriented.

We have learned tons from all these people so check'em out!

    I was dying laughing this morning because I was watching T.V and they had an infomercial on advertising rock hard abs. Well it turns out the gimmick was called Hip Hop Abs! It was this guy dancing around saying that if you follow his routines and his little 6day diet thing you would loose 3in off your midsection in 6 days plus achieve awesome abs!!! What the H*ll kind of crap is that! Seriously, it was like some guy hanging out with his friends in his garage dancing and they were all like "Dude you should make a video called Hip Hop Abs and you could make so much money" So dumb. If people only really knew what and how great abs are made. Yes, I would agree you can get a nice toned stomach from dancing, however it is a combination of activities/diet that really effects your midsection. The links on here are gives people that are really interested in not just a fit body but a healthier body inside and out.
